JOB COACHING
Volunteering as a job coach is incredibly rewarding. You can guide and empower our interns, helping them develop the skills and strategies to succeed in today’s competitive job market. By offering support and practical advice, you can transform someone’s career trajectory and contribute to the community’s well-being.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The job coaches should have experience working in European companies and an open-mind dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Willing to support our interns with 2 to 3 hours per month during 6 months. Tech knowledge is NOT mandatory.
