Remotecoders is a pioneering Swiss non-profit organization (Association) focused on bridging the gap between vulnerable tech talent and the global digital economy.

## Detailed Mission
We believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. By leveraging the nearshoring model, we provide companies with high-quality tech expertise while providing our talents with life-changing career paths. Our approach combines technical training, soft skills development, and direct job placement.

## Operational Model
1. **Selection**: We identify high-potential individuals from vulnerable backgrounds through rigorous technical and behavioral assessments.
2. **Training**: Talents undergo intensive upskilling in modern technologies (React, Next.js, Node.js, etc.) and professional English.
3. **Placement**: We connect these talents with European companies for project-based work or long-term roles.
